ReserveKaru Weekly Lucky Draw — Official Rules

The ReserveKaru Weekly Lucky Draw (“the Draw”) is run by ReserveKaru, a product of Code Aquarium Technologies, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Questions about the Draw should go to reservekaru@gmail.com or 0328 0562360.

The Draw is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by any social network, search engine or app store.

Entry is free. You do not need to make a reservation, spend money, or pay any fee to enter or to win. Making a booking on ReserveKaru does not improve your chance of winning.

You must be 18 or over, resident in Pakistan, and hold a registered ReserveKaru account with a valid email address and phone number.

Employees of ReserveKaru and Code Aquarium Technologies, their immediate families, and staff of a participating restaurant may not enter.

One entry per person per weekly Draw. Duplicate entries — including multiple accounts, or the same phone number or email used more than once — are removed before the Draw takes place.

Sign in to your ReserveKaru account, open the Free Meal page, and complete the entry form with your name, email, phone number and city.

Entries open when the previous week's Draw closes and close as soon as either the weekly cap is reached or the Draw begins, whichever comes first.

Each weekly Draw accepts the first 100 valid entries. Once 100 entries are recorded, entry for that week is closed and any further submissions roll into the following week.

The Draw runs every Saturday at 7:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PKT) and is shown live on the Free Meal page as a digital wheel spin.

The winner is selected at random from the valid entries recorded for that week. No entry is weighted, and no entry is favoured by how early it was submitted.

If a week receives no valid entries, no prize is awarded for that week and the prize does not roll over.

One winner per week receives one gourmet meal experience for the winner at a featured restaurant selected by ReserveKaru from its listed venues.

The prize covers the meal only. Travel to and from the restaurant, drinks not included in the set experience, service charges, tips and any additional guests are the winner's responsibility.

The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and has no cash alternative. It must be redeemed within 30 days of being awarded, on a date agreed with the restaurant, subject to that restaurant's availability.

ReserveKaru may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the named restaurant becomes unavailable.

The winner's first name and a partially masked email address are shown on the Free Meal page after the Draw. The winner is also contacted directly using the email address and phone number on their entry.

The winner must respond within 7 days of being contacted. If they do not, the prize is forfeited and may be redrawn at ReserveKaru's discretion.

By entering, you agree that your first name and a masked form of your email address may be displayed publicly on the Free Meal page if you win.

The details you submit are used to run the Draw, to contact you if you win, and to arrange the prize with the restaurant. They are handled under the ReserveKaru Privacy Policy and are not sold to any third party.

You can ask for your entry data to be deleted at any time by emailing reservekaru@gmail.com — note that this withdraws you from the current Draw.

ReserveKaru may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or in breach of these rules.

ReserveKaru may amend these rules or suspend the Draw where it is necessary to do so; any change is published on this page with an updated date.

These rules are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Entering the Draw means you accept these rules together with the ReserveKaru Terms of Service.
